£25,297 - £28,489 (£20,238 to £22,792 pro-rated) plus up to 6% matched pension contribution
HENRY is working in partnership with Better Start Bradford to run group and 1-to-1 Cooking programmes for parents and carers of young children.
We are seeking a Coordinator to lead on the 2nd phase of the development and delivery of HENRY’s ‘Cooking For a Better Start’ programme face to face and online in the three wards of Better Start Bradford (Bowling and Barkerend, Bradford Moor and Little Horton).
Working alongside parents you will support them to develop not only cooking skills, knowledge and confidence over the course of the programme, but also to build knowledge and create the conditions for wider lifestyle change within the family, such as reducing consumption of unhealthy snacks, offering children appropriate portion sizes, and being more active.
Your passion for working with families and cooking as well as skills and experience will mean you are well placed to lead, develop, monitor and evaluate this service as well as provide support to the project’s facilitator. You will build collaborative relationships with internal and external colleagues and community partners.

This role is based at Woodroyd Centre, Woodroyd Road, Bradford, BD5 8EL (currently working from home).
