HENRY is working in partnership with Croydon Council to run group and 1-to-1 programmes and workshops for parents and carers of young children, and training for local practitioners.
We are seeking a Service Manager to lead and manage HENRY’s new service in Croydon; delivering support to parents and practitioners in the Croydon Borough.
Your passion for supporting families alongside your experience of supporting and managing a team and building collaborative relationships with community partners will mean you are well placed to lead the delivery of HENRY services and ensure we engage more families and provide them with access to HENRY’s programmes and services.
You will have an empathic and caring approach which supports families to give their children the best start in life. HENRY is an organisation with a strong culture rooted in development, self-reflection, partnership and learning.
This role is based in the London Borough of Croydon and will involve travelling to community venues within this area. We offer hybrid working from your home and an office base to be confirmed.
