0.8 fte (30hrs a week) fixed-term contract to 30.06.2026

£26,578 to £29,344  (£21,262 - £23,475 pro rata), plus up to 6% matched pension contribution

HENRY is an innovative and flourishing national charity that is making a real difference to the lives of young children and their families. HENRY is working in partnership with Croydon Council to run group programmes and workshops for parents and carers of young children, and training for local practitioners.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Practitioner to lead and co-ordinate HENRY’s Croydon team to deliver HENRY programmes and workshops face to face and online in the Croydon Borough

Working alongside parents you will support them to build their knowledge and confidence over the course of the programme to create the conditions for wider lifestyle change within the family.

Your passion for working with families will mean you are well placed to deliver the programmes and build collaborative relationships with internal and external colleagues and community partners.

You will have an empathic and caring approach which supports families to give their children the best start in life.  HENRY is an organisation with a strong culture rooted in development, self-reflection, partnership and learning.

You will receive a comprehensive training programme to prepare you to deliver sessions to families both virtually and in face-to-face settings.  

This role is based in the London Borough of Croydon and will involve travelling to community venues within this area. We offer hybrid working from your home and our office base.
