Kim Roberts - Retirement Announcement

After 12 years as CEO, Kim Roberts announced this month that she would be retiring from HENRY at the end of June.

With a career that spans NHS and voluntary sector management, Kim became HENRY’s Chief Executive in April 2012. A parent of three herself, Kim has always been passionate about helping children to have the best start in life.

In announcing her plans, Kim said, “Leading HENRY over the last 12 years has been such a joy and a privilege – definitely the highlight of my career. I’ve loved working with a team of such passionate, committed and inspiring people to grow our organisation together and make sure families get the kind of support we know really makes a difference to their lives”

Sam Olsen, Chair of HENRY’s Board of Trustees said “As a Board we have always had the utmost respect and admiration for the tireless work Kim has put into HENRY. We are grateful to Kim for her contribution to the success of HENRY over the past 12 years and wish her and her family all the best following her retirement”
