Hi, my name is Patrizia! I am the Service Coordinator for HENRY Healthy Families programme here in Southend. I joined HENRY in 2018.

I have been a teacher for 10 years as I love working with children and young adults to help them achieve the best for themselves. My other passion has always been nutrition and healthy lifestyle, so I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist, just before joining HENRY.

The best part of my job is working with families and sharing lots of different healthy options, not only about food but also for day to day living - supporting parents to build confidence and make those small changes that will benefit the whole family.

I facilitate the Healthy Families programme in various Children Centres in Southend and I always look forward to meeting new families! Look forward to seeing you there soon.
