Core Training

A 2-day course that builds the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to support families in creating a healthy, happy home life.

• Suitable for professionals working with families with children aged 0–12
• Includes practical tools and conversation techniques
• Focuses on emotional wellbeing, healthy eating, routines and behaviour

Raise, Engage, Refer (RER)

Delivered online over two 2-hour sessions, this course is ideal for practitioners in a range of settings who want to:

• Build confidence in starting lifestyle conversations
• Understand how HENRY can benefit the families they support
• Know when and how to refer families to local programmes

Healthy Start in Childcare Training

A course designed for early years practitioners, childminders and crèche staff who support young children in childcare settings.
