Healthy Families programmes
HENRY is running our Healthy Families programmes for parents across the Better Start areas of Bradford: in Bowling & Barkerend, Bradford Moor and Little Horton. This is a free 8 week programme for parents and carers of babies and young children to support the whole family to develop a healthy lifestyle. If you find it difficult to attend a group – for example, if the idea of going to a group is worrying, or where groups are not running at a time or venue that works for your family, HENRY also run 1-to-1 support for families with a child under 5 who live in the Better Start area.
Please contact Nicola if you would like to receive 1-to-1 support from a member of our team, on 07709640454 or email@example.com
