Celebrating Kim Roberts' Retirement as CEO of HENRY
UPDATED 4th July 2025.
After 12 years of visionary leadership, Kim Roberts will be retiring as Chief Executive of HENRY at the end of June 2024. Since taking the helm in April 2012, Kim has guided HENRY from a small charity into a nationally respected organisation supporting families across the UK.
A Legacy of Impact
With a background in NHS and voluntary sector leadership - and as a parent of three herself - Kim has always been deeply committed to giving children the best start in life. Under her guidance, HENRY expanded its reach, built a strong evidence base and became a trusted voice in childhood obesity prevention and early years support.
Kim Reflects
“Leading HENRY over the last 12 years has been such a joy and a privilege… I’ve loved working with a team of such passionate, committed and inspiring people to grow our organisation together and ensure that families receive the support that truly makes a difference in their lives.”
Sam Olsen, Chair of HENRY’s Board, added:
“As a Board we have always had the utmost respect and admiration for the tireless work Kim has put into HENRY. We are grateful to Kim for her contribution to the success of HENRY over the past 12 years and wish her and her family all the best following her retirement”
