HENRY Trustees Take on 250-Mile Cycle to Support Families in Need

UPDATED 4th July 2025.

Two of HENRY’s dedicated trusteesJo Dyson and Anne Lloyd, are going the extra mile - 250 of them, in fact - by cycling across Vietnam and Cambodia in support of our mission to give every child the healthiest start in life.

Over just ten days, Jo and Anne will cover more than 250 miles, all while raising vital funds to help HENRY continue supporting vulnerable families across the UK. They’ve already raised nearly £4,000, and with two weeks to go before their journey begins, they’re confident they’ll reach - and exceed - their £5,000 target.

"I can't believe I signed myself up for this," Anne laughed. "Jo twisted my arm and of course I agreed. It will be well worth it to help raise funds for a wonderful charity I’ve been proud to support as a trustee for the past five years."

Jo added:

"I can't wait to get started. People have been so generous, their support is what’s going to keep me going when the ride gets tough."

Supporting HENRY’s Life-Changing Work

Funds raised will directly support HENRY programmes that equip parents and carers with practical tools to create healthier, happier home lives for their children. This includes support around nutrition, emotional wellbeing, parenting confidence and family routines.

Jo and Anne’s incredible challenge shines a light on the power of community and what’s possible when people come together for a cause that truly matters.
