HENRY in Sefton

HENRY workshops are running locally in Sefton, providing FREE support for parents and carers of children aged 0-5 years.

We offer one-off practical workshops:

Fussy Eating for families with children aged 0-7yrs
Healthy Teeth and Let's Get Active for families with children aged 0-5yrs
Understanding Children's Behaviour and, Looking After Ourselves and Eating Well for Less for Families with children aged 0-12yrs.

These sessions are a great way to pick up helpful tips, meet other parents and carers and feel supported, whatever stage your family is at.
