Pasta packed lunch

Chicken, pasta, red pepper, lettuce, kiwi and milk drink  

  • 3 tablespoons cooked pasta shapes (about 30g dried pasta)
  • Meat from half a chicken thigh, cooked and cut into pieces (40g)
  • 1/4 red pepper, washed and cut into chunks or slices
  • 2 leaves crispy lettuce, sliced
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into slices or chunks
  • 100ml semi-skimmed milk or unsweetened calcium-fortified soya milk
