HENRY 8 week Healthy Families Programme

The Healthy Families programme provides everything you need to help your little one get off to a great start. We cover 5 themes across 8 weeks: 

Feeling more confident as a parent; physical activity for little ones; what children eat and the whole family eats; family lifestyle habits and enjoying life as a family
