Up to £100 per session depending on the length of session and type of programme (face-to-face*)

Are you passionate about babies and young children having the best start in life?

HENRY is an innovative and flourishing national charity that is making a real difference to the lives of young children and their families. HENRY is working in partnership with Croydon Council to run group and 1-to-1 programmes and workshops for parents and carers of young children, and training for local practitioners.

We are seeking sessional facilitators to work with HENRY’s Croydon team to deliver HENRY programmes and workshops face to face and online in the Croydon Borough

Working alongside parents you will support them to build their knowledge and confidence over the course of the programme to create the conditions for wider lifestyle change within the family.

Your passion for working with families will mean you are well placed to deliver the programmes and build collaborative relationships with internal and external colleagues and community partners.

You will have an empathic and caring approach which supports families to give their children the best start in life.  HENRY is an organisation with a strong culture rooted in development, self-reflection, partnership and learning.

* Face-to-face sessions will involve travelling to community venues within the Croydon borough. Face-to-face sessions are 2hrs of direct delivery plus 30mins of Family Time - pay is inclusive of time spent: preparing for sessions, travelling, supervision, setting-up and clearing-up the room.

**Online sessions are delivered over Google Meets or Zoom. Sessions are 1.5 hours of direct delivery - pay is inclusive of time spent preparing for sessions and supervision.
