Referrals to the Healthy Families programme

If you are a professional and would like to refer a family to our service for the 8-week Healthy Families group programme, please download and complete our online referral form or alternatively, you can download and complete our referral form. This should then be sent to us securely via password protected email.

Training

As well as delivering our family programmes we will also be providing free HENRY training for Croydon practitioners who work with families of children aged 0-7 years, to help you provide effective support for a healthy start to the families you work with. The HENRY approach, which underpins all of our professional training courses, is a highly effective strengths-based and partnership way to support behaviour change.

We are currently offering our ‘Core’ training which is a 2 day course that helps practitioners gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to provide effective support for parents and carers so they can give their children a healthy, happy childhood.

Community Partnership

We are also keen to build key relationships with partners across Croydon in order to be able to better reach those families who will benefit from our programme, through outreach work and referrals.
