If you are delivering our Starting Solids workshop there are different arrangements from those below, which are for all other HENRY workshops. For Starting Solids workshops please go to www.henry.org.uk/ssinfo
1. Register new workshop online**
When planning a new workshop, you will need to register with HENRY using this online form:
This will determine the Workshop Code for this workshop, which you will need to share with participants, and which we need in order to report on outcomes.
2. Parent/carer workshop review questionnaire**
Parents can complete the questionnaire using an online form, which you can send to them in a text, email or other message using the link below:

- NB you will need to tell the parent their Workshop Code
(you get this when you register a new workshop - item 1 above) - QR code links to the questionnaires are available to download and print here
Please support parents to complete it if they want help, but the answers should reflect the parent’s views, not your own. Ideally, the parent will fill in the form themselves; however, if it is essential (for example, due to lack of internet access) you can type in the answers yourself while the parent answers over the phone.
3. Submitting a completed workshop**
When you have completed a workshop, you will need to complete the form below. If for any reason a workshop remains incomplete, please use the same form to let us know.
